Copyright & Licenses of Use

After I had a bad experience with the unauthorized use of LuminaDivinae® and the infraction of intellectual property and copyright international law, I decided to post some lines about the policy of use of my work. This is a brief answer to all the visitors who kindly manifest their interest in the different contents and concept of this website, too. Please feel free to contact me if you need some further information, as I'm always receptive to your messages.

If you are requesting my published and printed artwork and/or broadcasted radio programs (i.e. collage art, assemblage books, photography and/or cards designs, radio excerpts or programs) for decorative aims - as images or sounds for the illustration of your webpage and/or blog -, please note that only non commercial, non profit or personal sites may reproduce up to three images or seconds of sound. This will be a completely free use, with no payment required. All websites must include a visible link back to my homepage, with a Copyright notice close to the reproduced images or sounds. To receive my written permission, please send me the url of your website, a requesting note with your purposes briefly explained and the list of the images or radio excerpts you wish to include in your project or work. The use of published and printed artwork and/or broadcasted radio programs (including fragments or excerpts) for commercial aims ( i.e. profit sites, web projects that charge money for their services having some kind of financial income or engage in trade activity) is subjected to a one time licensing fee per image. This licensing fee excludes the right to change, remix and/or reproduce the artwork or sound in any form. A visible copyright notice and the reference of the official publisher and/or broadcasting company must be included close to the reproduced images and sounds.

The use of unpublished artwork (i.e. unpublished tarot decks – fronts and backs of cards –, assemblages, collage art and designs) by other parts - being it personal, non profit or commercial websites - , is not allowed in any situation not expressly requested by Mafalda Serrano. This includes all the artwork, writings and sound elements involved in publishing processes or being subjected to contratual lines.

Unauthorized reproduction or use of LuminaDivinae® and all related contents published in this website - electronically or by other means - is strictly forbidden. No part of this website may be used or reproduced in any many whatsoever, including broadcasting and/or internet usage, without written permission from Mafalda Serrano.
